Our services cover both personal and small network services. We also offer personal and business Website design. We are dedicated to educating people to get the most out of their computer systems that they already own as well as helping people make the decision about whether they should upgrade their existing system(s) they already have or trade up to a new system that will serve their current and near future needs. We are especially concerned with the security of personal and business data and put a special emphasis on teaching parents how to keep their children safe online so their children can have a safe and enjoyable online experience. We also want to help individuals as well as businesses to keep their data and identities safe online.
Services for the Individual
Computer Setup.
We will make sure that the computer itself as well as all you computer peripherals (i.e. printer, scanner, fax machine, disc backup drives...) are installed and working as designed. We will also make sure that the computer and all peripherals are located in a safe and convenient position. We will also be happy to give our customers a brief tutorial on their new computer system or peripherals, just to make sure the customer knows the full capabilities of their new equipment. Before we leave, we will make sure that all the customers questions are answered as well as making sure that they have our contact information for future help as needed.
Virus/Trojan Removal.
We will perform virus scan and eradication (as needed) either on your premises or at our offices. We are dedicated to the preservation of your personal data and will therefore do everything in our power to save as much data as we can in the event that the customer suffers a virus infection (as approved by the customer). We will also eradicate any Trojan horses that may be residing on the customers computer. We also will install virus scann software or update the customers current software to help protect the customers computer against further infections.
In Home Network Setup.
We will be happy to come out to your house and set up a personal home office network. This service includes making sure that the customers network settings are such that their new network is as safe and secure as possible from unwanted visitors. We can set up just internet sharing and if the customer wants, we can even set the network up for file sharing so the customer can save their work or personal files on one computer so the customer only needs to worry about backing up their files from one computer instead of every computer in the house.
Computer Repair.
We offer in home computer repair or we can pick up you computer for repair in our offices. This service is great for shut-ins such as some senior citizens and disabled individuals who cannot get to us. It is also valuable for the busy individual who does not have the time to deal with breaking down their computer and bringing it to us.
Computer Tune-Ups.
We can come to your house or pick up your computer to Tune it up. This service entails cleaning out old files (i.e. temporary files, cookies, old caches, the prefetch...) that are not necessary to run your computer. Our company also has some special tricks that can turbo charge your old system and get it to run better than when you first purchased the system (depending on the age and version of the system). In any case, we can get your system running at an acceptable speed.
Computer Upgrades
We provide computer upgrades as necessary to keep your system running as desired for as long as possible. This includes memory (RAM) upgrades, hard drive upgrades, and video card upgrades. We can even, at your request, rebuild a new computer or custom computer using some of your old parts and even the case. This would give you a new computer for a lower cost.
Custom Built Computers.
We can custom build a computer to your specifications. The advantages of a custome built computer is that the customer gets what will optimize their computer experience to what the customer is using the computer to accomplish. Some customers just want the basic computer and others want a computer to use in their business. A custome built computer ensures that the customer gets the components and the ability to do what they want with the computer without having to spend money on components or software packages that they would never use.So whatever you want to do with your computer (i.e. just a basic word processor and email, or business use, and even power users and high end gaming) just call and we will make an appointment with you so we can go over the specific qualities that you wish to be in your computer.

Security Services
We also work with all our clients to keep them and their computer systems and identities safe and secure online and off. For our personal computer clients, we help them learn about anti-virus software and firewalls. We also educate them to keep their children and their information safe online. For our business clients, we work with them to devise security protocols to keep their information safe online and off. We do this by setting up firewalls and teaching all our client's safe use practices. Also, for our business clients we create use policies for their employees to follow to keep the business' computers and network safe from viruses and Trojan hores.
