- Build Your Own Personal Computer Workshop
We here at Chandler Computer Consultants are proud to be sponsoring and committing our time to assist with the Do It Yourself Workshop "Build Your Own Computer" at the LA Computer Fair on August 21, 2010.
Gene Chandler of Chandler Computer Consultants and Benjamin Rockwell of Computer Talk Radio in conjunction with the LA Computer Fair are combining their resources to assist workshop attendees, in building their own computers.
- The morning seminar, open to all LA Computer Fair attendees will introduce the primary components in a computer.
- As a Pre-Registered Workshop Attendee, further guidance will be provided to those who wish to build their own computers with what they need to purchase for their particular build.
- There will be a break in the schedule in order for attendees to purchase their components
- There will be professionals on hand and available throughout this time to provide answers to questions and advise so people know they are getting the correct components.
- After shopping, professionals will be available in the "Build Section" to assist Workshop Attendees with their assembly and to provide answers to questions or advice on how to best accomplish a task.
- NOTE: The amount of time used for a build is determined by the time returning to the "Build Section" after
shopping.
After the allotted build time, Gene Chandler and Benjamin Rockwell will give a seminar on Installing Windows and other Simple Software Installations.
Anyone interested in participating in this Do It Yourself Workshop "Build Your Own Computer" at the LA Computer Fair should hurry and visit the LA Computer Fair's website and download, fill out, and fax, email, or call in your order.
Only the first 25 people who pre-register will be able to participate in the actual build.
